Meet Irina Damyanidu

CEO

Irina is the founder and CEO of Hebe Medical Spa. Irina has over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, management, and customer service.

As CEO, Irina oversees all business operations, marketing initiatives, and the top-notch medical team. She ensures that Hebe maintains the highest standards for service and client experience. Irina works closely with the medical director to curate Hebe’s treatment menu, incorporating cutting-edge technologies like laser skin rejuvenation, injectables, body and wellness services. Irina specializes in improving our operational systems, training staff, and boosting revenue. Irina also has extensive hands-on experience in skincare and holds certifications in laser treatments. As CEO, Irina strives to position Hebe Medical Spa as a leader in leveraging technology to help clients look and feel their best.

Prior to founding Hebe in 2018, Irina had a successful career as a bank executive working for HSBC, First Niagara and Key bank for 17 years where she honed her business and management acumen .

Irina earned her business degree from Wheeling Jesuit University and her masters in linguistics and culture in Plovdiv University. She is an active member of the American Medi Spa Association and frequently attends industry events and trainings to discover the latest trends.

Irina is a former competitive swimmer and holds over 60 national records in swimming in her native country Bulgaria, some of which are still standing for over 35 years. She came to USA in 2000 with a full swimming scholarship in Wheeling Jesuit University.

Irina is a fitness, health and beauty biohacker and enthusiast. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their 2 fur babies Harry Winston and Vera Wang. She also enjoys meditation, weight lifting, walks in the nature, reading and listening to podcasts.

Zainab Mogul-Ashraf

M.D., MEDICAL DIRECTOR

Dr. Zainab Mogul-Ashraf is a board-certified internist who specializes in cosmetic care for men and women in Fishkill, NY. She is also the owner and medical director of Hebe Medical Spa. Dr. Zainab or as her patients like to call her, “Dr. Z,” has always had a passion for overall wellness, beauty, and anti-aging treatments. She also believes that aesthetic care is best complemented with hormonal therapy, which targets beauty from the inside out. She enjoys empowering men and women to take charge of their health and helping them discover a new found confidence in their appearance.

When Dr. Zainab is not in the office, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, Kayden. Together, they love making new memories and doing fun activities. Dr. Zainab takes great pride in maintaining an overall healthy lifestyle and some of her favorite hobbies include weight lifting and running.

As a skilled physician, Dr. Zainab is well-versed in internal medicine and cosmetic care for the face, body, and skin. She is also certified in injectables and nonsurgical laser treatments, which enables her to perform these procedures safely and effectively while producing natural-looking results. In addition, she is highly trained in dermal treatments, such as microneedling, IPL, PRP for hair restoration, PRP as a filler, and IV nutrient therapy.

Dr. Zainab graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Binghamton University in New York and then continued her education at Ross University School of Medicine in Portsmouth, Dominica. After graduating from medical school, she returned to the United States to serve her residency in internal medicine at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. She continues to serve as an internist at Vassar Hospital.

Danette is a retired registered nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience. She is our infusion nurse specializing in vitamin therapy.

Meet Claire Weche

NURSE INJECTOR

Claire began her nursing career as a registered nurse in 2012. She is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner program at Mount Saint Mary college in Newburgh, NY. Claire has a specialty background experience in forensics, oncology and emergency medicine/trauma.

Claire began her aesthetics career specializing in laser hair removal and customized vitamin therapy while engaging and certifying in injectable trainings. She continues to attend advanced trainings as she is passionate in furthering her knowledge and skills in this growing industry.

She has always been drawn to wellness and self care. Claire is a weightlifter that competes at a national level. On her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and 2 dogs.

Meet Leanna Ciccarelli

NURSE INJECTOR
Leanna is a nurse at Hebe Medical Spa in Fishkill. She received her BSN at Mount Saint Mary College, and previously received a bachelor’s degree in biology from SUNY New Paltz. Formerly in dermatology/aesthetics for the last 5+ years, Leanna attends regular advanced trainings for the utmost proficiency in a fast-growing field. In addition to her passion for aesthetics and wellness, she also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Meet Katia Nielsen

REGISTERED NURSE

Katia began her healthcare career as a seasoned Surgical Technician who later became a Registered Nurse. With an extensive background in the operating room, she brings a unique perspective to her aesthetics career. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Science in Nursing in the Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program. Dedicated to continuous learning, Katia attends advanced trainings to stay at the forefront of the industry.

With knowledgeable experience and a commitment to delivering natural results, Katia’s passion for both beauty and healthcare shines through in every aspect of her work. Bridging the realms of beauty and medicine, Join her on this transformative journey towards your best self.

Originally from Albany, Katie spent her formative years in the suburbs of Chicago. She graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, achieving top honors in an accelerated 5-year program, where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to returning to upstate New York, she gained valuable experience working for five years at an award-winning cosmetic dermatology office in Greenwich, CT.

Katie is renowned for her innovative contributions to cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery. Her expertise lies in advanced facial and body rejuvenation techniques, often combining therapies with cutting-edge technology. Katie’s approach aims to preserve her patients’ natural beauty through a well-balanced application of anti-aging techniques, injectables, and skincare. Meet Kristen O'Dell

Meet Kristen O’Dell, a Family Nurse Practitioner with almost 20 years of experience. Born and raised in Fort Montgomery, NY she is a long time local. Her educational journey began at the University of Florida, where she earned her BSN, and continued on with the prestigious Columbia University where she earned her Master’s degree.
 
Her professional journey has since led her through various avenues of healthcare, including critical care, Burn ICU, Trauma ICU, Neonatology, women’s health, prenatal coaching, breastfeeding and postnatal support. Her calm demeanor and listening skills have made her a fan fave among her weight loss and HRT clients. As a certified health coach, she has helped 100s of clients lose weight and stay motivated to keep it off. She has a passion for anti-aging, medical weight loss, and overall wellness and vitality.
 
But don’t let her professionalism fool you- because beyond the stethoscope, she’s just as passionate about paddle boarding, hiking, lake life, and knitting as she is about patient care. With her supportive husband and their three energetic little boys, you can often find them at their Ice Cream Shoppe in Highland Falls.

Meet Emma

Emma is a registered nurse here at HEBE Medical Spa in Fishkill, NY. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Keene State College in Keene, NH. Emma is continuing her education in the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Simmons University in Boston, MA to earn her Master’s Degree in Nursing. She began her nursing career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse in a Women’s and Children’s unit, seeing various women’s health and pediatric patients. Her passion for skincare and wellness led her to become a certified injector through the Audrey Rose Institute of Medical Aesthetics.

She now has years of experience in Injecting/Aesthetics and is eager to continue learning and committed to advancing her techniques. Emma attends consistent training to further her knowledge and experience to ensure the best results for her clients. While helping to achieve your overall wellness goals and enhancing your natural beauty, Emma strives to make her clients look and feel their best from the inside out.

Kateryna Kulan is a Licensed Aesthetician.

She graduated from Lia Schorr Institute in Manhattan and has extensive training in lasers for skin rejuvenation and laser hair removal.

Prior to becoming an Esthetician she received her degree for an Engineer in Europe and is also a Nutritional Coach.

On her free time she loves exercising and spending time w her family; watching her son play hockey and her daughter dance.

Rachel Polowski is a Licensed Esthetician who graduated from the Christine Valmy School of Esthetics in Manhattan. With a dedication to skincare, she pursued her esthetician’s license immediately after high school and distinguished herself as the youngest in her class. Rachel possesses extensive knowledge in various laser treatments and a wide array of skin rejuvenation procedures. Her passion lies in educating clients about their skin and the benefits of each treatment, ensuring they leave with a personalized skincare regimen.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys exploring new places, discovering exciting restaurants, and spending quality time with her family and her feline companion, Apple.

 

Melissa Sears

LICENSED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Melissa Sears is a licensed esthetician who graduated from the Academy of Skin and Beauty in White Plains. Melissa is committed to providing the best in advanced skincare treatments and the latest in laser technologies. She prides herself in ensuring that her clients receive safe and effective laser treatments such as hair removal, skin resurfacing, and microneedling. In addition to the NYS requirements, Melissa has additional certifications in HydraFacial, dermaplaning, lash lift and brow lamination, as well as spray tanning. Melissa provides a welcoming and soothing environment for all of her clients and has a passion for helping others unlock their inner beauty.

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry advancements, Melissa remains part of the administration staff at the Academy of Skin and Beauty. In her free time she enjoys hunting for sea glass, cooking for large crowds, and getting lost in a good book.

Danielle Cangelosi is a licensed medical esthetician that brings almost 5 years of specialized experience in esthetics and skin care, complemented by a rich history in medical reception and radiology assistance.

Danielle’s expertise includes customized skin care protocols and facials, chemical peels, HydraFacial, laser and body treatments. With a strong foundation in customer service and team leadership, honed through roles ranging from gymnastics coaching to medical reception, Danielle excels in creating positive client experiences.

She is known for her attention to detail, proficiency in medical terminology and procedures, and ability to handle complex patient needs with compassion and professionalism. In her free time Danielle loves to refinish gently loved furniture  and spend time with her dogs Cawa and Hollie and take long walks with them.

In the treatment room, I thrive on connecting with people from all walks of life, and I find inspiration in the diverse stories and experiences that my clients share. When im not working, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in books, and spending quality time with my friends and family!

Meet Brooke Millard

Front Desk Manager
Brooke joined the Hebe team as a client experience specialist in 2024 after graduating Marist College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Creative Writing. Working as a tour guide, teaching assistant, and receptionist throughout her college years sparked a passion for helping others and connecting with people in the customer service field. Brooke plans to go back to Marist in the fall of 2024 to pursue her Masters in School Psychology. When not at work or school, she enjoys reading, spins classes, and spending time with her friends and family.

Operations Manager

Sandy is our Client Experience Specialist at our Fishkill location. She partners with our clients to achieve their skin goals. Sandy is committed to making Hebe Medical Spa your first choice for nonsurgical treatments to enhance your appearance.

Before joining Hebe, Sandy was an executive assistant for JPMorgan Chase and held various accounting and reservation positions in the airline industry.

FUN FACT – Sandy grew up in New York but spent her summers in Italy. She learned how to cook at a young age at her family’s restaurant in the Bronx. She is also fluent in Italian.

Gina is a Client Experience Specialist at our Fishkill location. She has more than two decades experience in brand marketing and a passion for skincare and wellness from the inside out.

Gina is also a RYT certified yoga teacher and loves sharing this ancient practice with others.

When not at Hebe, she enjoys running, hiking and spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Brittany has been in the medical field for over 15 years. She is passionate about skincare & loves to maintain her own skin. As a client experience specialist in our Fishkill location, she enjoys speaking with clients about procedures & products while booking their appointments. Brittany helps clients balance beauty with their busy life. In Brittany’s free time she spends with her husband and twin daughters.

Meet Kym

Client Experience Specialist

Kym has been a client specialist with Hebe since August of 2022. Prior to joining the Hebe team, she held numerous customer service and managerial positions, which allowed her to gain over 30 years of experience interacting with and supporting clients. Hebe gives her the opportunity to further connect with clients by welcoming them and answering any questions they have while at the spa. In her free time, she enjoys working out, cooking, being outdoors and finding new, beautiful places to hike in the Hudson Valley. She also loves to spend time with her two daughters, her dog Chloe, and her cat Ziggy.

Alisha is a dedicated Client Experience Specialist with over eight years of experience in providing exceptional support to clients in various industries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and is a licensed Notary Public. She is passionate about wellness, skincare and enjoys helping others achieve their beauty goals. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family and dog.

Meet Gabriella Vittoria

Client Experience Specialist
Gabriella joins the Hebe team as a Client Experience Specialist. Recently, she was employed by the Marriott Corporation in guest experiences. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Marist College in Entrepreneurship with a pathway in Public Health Studies. Prior to college, Gabriella was a nationally ranked all-star cheerleader. Outside of training, she enjoyed coaching special needs children. When not at work or school, Gabriella enjoys traveling, and time spent with family and friends.

Victoria graduated nursing school in December 2023. During her time in school she gained experience in a hospital setting and also worked as a Patient Care Technician. Victoria loves to help others and is passionate and dedicated to making a positive impact by providing empathetic and compassionate care. She is eager to contribute skills in both healthcare and aesthetics to enhance patient experiences.

She loves spending quality time with her family and friends! Victoria joined the Hebe team in the summer of 2023 and is continuing to develop her career in the aesthetics world, shes excited to continue to grow with the Hebe team!

Sally started her nursing career in 2012 as a Registered Nurse, and later competed her Masters of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner at SUNY Polytechnic in 2016. She has worked in various specialties including: Emergency Medicine, Vascular Surgery, and Primary Care.

She is a certified injector through both AMET and Central Connecticut Aesthetic Training Center, and continues her education through advanced trainings at every opportunity. Her passion for the aesthetic world is only paralleled by a passion for providing high quality individualized care to her clients.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. Many weekends are spent at a playground, or visiting with friends and family.

LICENSED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Shelby is a certified licensed Aesthetician in our Latham location. She has a strong passion for the skin care industry and helping others achieve their goals. Shelby graduated and received her certification of 600 hours of esthetics furthering her education of receiving her dermaplaning certificate. She has advanced skills in microneedling with radio frequency, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal, medical graded chemical peels and much more. Prior to becoming an aesthetician Shelby received her associate’s degree in business. She is very thankful to be a part of such an amazing team at Hebe Medical Spa where she can grow and further her education in the skin care industry.

Meet Tatiana Schoelles

LICENSED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN

Tatiana is a Licensed Esthetician who lives in Hillsdale, NY and works at both our Latham and Fishkill locations. With a former degree in Medical Assisting, she decided mid-pandemic to switch careers and pursue her passion of all things skin care. She graduated from Aesthetic Science Institute located in Latham, NY. Tatiana loves that the industry is rapidly growing and changing and that there are always new products, techniques, and services to learn. She is dedicated to making her clients feel comfortable and confident not only with her, but also with themselves.

In her free time Tatiana enjoys traveling to Long Island to spend time with her family. Since she is an only child, she also enjoys being surrounded by friends finding new activities or places to explore. She loves going to concerts and is always up for a spontaneous road trip!

Meet Briana Gerighty

I recently graduated from the Aesthetics Science Institute and I’m studying to obtain my Esthetics License. My admiration for all things beauty developed at an early age. Throughout my time at ASI, I gained an interest in skin wellness. I am most fulfilled when helping others feel great in their skin while building long lasting relationships in the meantime. I am always up for an adventure with friends whether it be football tailgates, concerts, or trips for any occasion. I enjoy boat days with my husband and I love traveling to Texas to visit my family. In the same breath, I will never say no to cuddling my dog on the couch and watching tv for endless amounts of hours. 

Meet Elise Lamana

LICENSED medical AESTHETICIAN
I worked as a CNA and unit secretary on a med/surg floor for 10 years. I’ve always had a passion for helping others but knew that I wanted to help in a different way. With my passion for skincare and aesthetics I decided to enroll at the Aesthetic Science Institute to begin my journey of becoming an esthetician. I completed my education and am now a licensed esthetician. I’m very excited to further my knowledge in this continuously changing industry. I can’t think of a better career for myself than to help others feel empowered and confident in their skin. In my free time I enjoy playing my guitar and singing, working out and spending time with family and friends. 

Meet Olivia Savas

SPA MANAGER

Olivia is a client experience specialist in our Latham location. She has a BS in Psychology from University at Albany and a background in multiple domains of health and wellness. She enjoys practicing yoga and received a teaching certification in 2014, through Yoga Alliance. Olivia spent many years as a bartender and was awarded first place in the Woodford Reserve Manhattan Competition, in 2019. During her spare time, Olivia loves spending time relaxing with her cat and dog, Peter and Billy.

Jen is the Spa manager at our Latham location. She has a B.S. in Human Biology from University at Albany. She has history in medical sales as well as management at an ophthalmic surgical practice. She loves traveling and seeing new places. She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Bailey

I completed my bachelors of health science at Russell Sage college. Having interest in both aesthetic and wellness I also completed the Aesthetics certification course at the Aesthetic Science Institutute in Latham. In my free time I love being outdoors and hot yoga!

Meet Michael Brennan

Client Experience Specialist

Michael Brennan is an accomplished Client Experience Specialist at HEBE Medical Spa. With a robust background that includes 12 years in finance and 4.5 years in real estate within the Albany capital region, Michael combines expertise and dedication to client satisfaction. Currently enrolled full-time in an RN nursing program, Michael is on track to become an Aesthetic Nurse Injector upon graduation, further enhancing his ability to serve clients in the beauty industry.

In his leisure time, Michael enjoys traveling to the picturesque islands of St. John and St. Thomas in the USVI and indulges in his passion for sports cars. His enthusiasm for the beauty industry and unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional results drive him to ensure every client receives the best possible experience at HEBE Medical Spa.

Originally from Albany, Katie spent her formative years in the suburbs of Chicago. She graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University in New Jersey, achieving top honors in an accelerated 5-year program, where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies. Prior to returning to upstate New York, she gained valuable experience working for five years at an award-winning cosmetic dermatology office in Greenwich, CT.

Katie is renowned for her innovative contributions to cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery. Her expertise lies in advanced facial and body rejuvenation techniques, often combining therapies with cutting-edge technology. Katie’s approach aims to preserve her patients’ natural beauty through a well-balanced application of anti-aging techniques, injectables, and skincare. Meet Niki Querim

Registered Nurse
I graduated as Registered Nurse in June of 2007. I’ve spent most of my nursing career working in various specialties at a local hospital. I have experience in medical surgical nursing, and intensive care nursing. In addition, I worked as an IV nurse, and an infection control nurse.  I went on to obtain my Bachelor’s degree and my Master’s degree at The Sage College of Albany. I became a Family Nurse Practitioner in June of 2017. I spent one year in primary care, and 6 years in pain management. I have always been passionate about health and wellness. This was accelerated when I learned about functional medicine. After many years working in western medicine, I routinely saw chronic disease treated with more and more medication without helping them achieve a healthier lifestyle. I have made it my life’s journey to help people do just that, leading to quality of life and longevity. I have read many books and listened to numerous doctors and professionals about functional medicine and biohacking which fuels my fire for longevity! In my free time, I enjoy cooking and food prepping for me and my family. I also love summer, the ocean, outdoor activities, exercise and spending time with my Fiancée and our son.

Leigh Anne Plemenik

REGISTERED NURSE

Leigh Anne became a Registered Nurse in 2012. She started her nursing career in Primary Care, but realized early on that she had a passion for aesthetics and wellness. She worked for nearly 9 years for a National Med Spa Company specializing in skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal, body contouring, and Injectables. She has attended regular advance filler and botulinum toxin trainings over the years, and spent the last 3 years as a trainer herself. She is grateful to continue to advance her training in the ever changing world of aesthetics, and excited to share her knowledge with her clients.

When she is not working, Leigh Anne enjoys spending time with her husband traveling, eating, and enjoying the outdoors. She is a proud mom of 3 college age children, and 3 step children, as well as 2 dogs. She loves to cook for her family, and spend her time doing DIY projects around the house.

Meet Olivia Lombardi

CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST

Olivia is a Registered Nurse and is currently working as a Client Experience Specialist at Hebe . She is finishing her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Siena College and will graduate in May of 2024. After graduation she plans to work towards becoming a Nurse Injector and aspires to further her education in the future to become a Nurse Practitioner. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and working out .

Gianna is dedicated to enhancing the natural beauty of her clients and delivering exceptional results that leave them feeling confident, rejuvenated, and comfortable in their own skin. Gianna is beyond grateful to be able to play a role in helping them achieve their skincare goals. With having over 4 years of experience working in medical spas and as a medical assistant in the plastic surgery field, She has extensive knowledge in advanced skin and body treatments such as chemical peels, laser based skin rejuvenation, microneedling with radio frequency, laser hair removal and much more.

With Cristinas dedication to ongoing education in the rapidly growing industry, she is passionate about helping clients achieve their best skin health and boosting their confidence through customized treatment plans. On her free time, she love’s to spend time with her family and enjoy’s traveling!

Meet Caitlin Williams

Spa manager
Caitlin brings over 6 years of expertise in medical office management and more than a decade in customer service to her role as Spa Manager at Hebe Med Spa. Alongside her career, Caitlin will occasionally work as an assistant for wedding hair and makeup which helped spark her love for making people look and feel their best. Her career has been driven by a passion for helping others and ensuring their satisfaction. She is eager to combine her love for aesthetics with her past professional experience.  Outside of work, you can find Caitlin spending time with her two daughters, Lennox and Beckett, her fiancé Michael, and their two Chihuahuas, Dudley and Daphne. Caitlin finds joy in making meaningful connections and spreading happiness and positivity wherever she goes

Meet Kate Nelson

Client coordinator
Kate currently works at Hebe as a Client Coordinator and Social Media Specialist. Kate has experience in Medical Sales and Public Relations, and she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY in 2022. Kate is currently a nursing student at Maria College in Albany, NY, and she will graduate in May 2026. She wants to pursue a career as a nurse injector after graduation. In her spare time, Kate likes to play with her puppy Ollie, try new restaurants, and hang out with her friends and family.
