What To Expect

Immediately following the procedure, lower body exercise is not advised. You will be able to move about normally and may walk if you would like to, but vigorous exercise of any kind is not recommended until the site has healed and the bandage can be removed. We also recommend no swimming, hot tubs, or bathtubs. However, showers are permitted. The pellets will dissolve and become absorbed by your body, so removal is not necessary. You can return to all exercise routines as soon as the treatment site has healed.
