What to Expect
Before Your Appointment Avoid alcohol and anti-inflammatory medications for a few days before your visit. No other preparation is required.
During Treatment Your provider will guide you through a series of natural facial expressions to identify precise injection points. Dysport® is injected with a fine needle — most patients describe it as a quick, mild pinch. A cool compress follows to minimize discomfort. The appointment takes around 10–15 minutes. New patients at our Latham location may be seen for treatment on the same day as their initial consultation.
After Treatment Resume your day as normal. For the first 24 hours, skip vigorous activity and avoid touching or massaging the treated areas.
Results
